Shipping and Returns
We ship from New Jersey via USPS and UPS.
Domestic shipping rates:
- Flat rate: $5.95 on orders under $125
- Free shipping on orders $125 and up
- Currently shipping within the U.S. only
Processing time:
- Personalized items are made-to-order and ship in 7–10 business days
- Non-personalized items ship within 2–3 business days
Transit time:
- Once shipped, expect 2–5 business days in transit depending on your location
Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
