Returns & exchanges

Personalized & custom items: all sales final. Because every personalized item is made just for you (your name, your photos, your colors) we can't accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your spelling and customization details before checking out.

Apparel (non-personalized): all sales final. We keep prices low and inventory tight, so all apparel is final sale. Please review the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Email us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Lost or stolen packages: Once we hand off to the carrier, we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We'll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
