FAQ
How do I personalize my item? After you select your size and quantity, you'll see a personalization box on the product page. Type the name, choose your font/colors, and (for items that allow it) upload your photos. Hit "Add to cart" when you're done.
What file types can I upload for custom photos? PNG and JPEG, up to 10 photos per item. For best results, send the highest-resolution images you have.
What if I make a typo in the personalization? Email us at shopstaywildnj@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correction. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can fix it. Once production starts, we may not be able to make changes — every item is custom-made.
Can I see a proof before you make my item? For most items we work from your inputs directly to keep turnaround fast. For complex custom blankets, we sometimes send a quick proof if your design needs a judgment call. If you specifically want a proof, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping & turnaround
How long until my personalized item ships? Personalized items are made-to-order in 7–10 business days. Add 2–5 business days for transit.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we ship within the U.S. only.
Can I get my order faster? Sometimes. Email us at shopstaywildnj@gmail.com with your order number and we'll see what's possible. Rush fees may apply.
Sizing & care
How do your sizes run? Sizing varies by product. Each product page has a size guide — please check before ordering. When in doubt, size up for kids.
How should I wash personalized items? Wash cold, inside out, on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over personalized graphics. Treat your custom pieces gently and they'll last.
Orders & payments
What payment methods do you accept? All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay's Pay-in-4 installments.
Can I cancel or change my order? If your order hasn't gone into production yet, yes — email us at shopstaywildnj@gmail.com ASAP. Once production starts on personalized items, we can't cancel or change.
Do you accept returns? Personalized items and apparel are all final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it — see the [Shipping & Returns page] for details.
Camps, schools & bulk orders
Do you do bulk orders for camps or teams? Yes! Email us at shopstaywildnj@gmail.com with what you're looking for, quantities, and your timeline. We can set up custom collections, group discounts, and dedicated turnaround for camps, schools, teams, and small groups.
My school/camp wants its own pop-up like Elysian. How does that work? Email us! We love working with schools and camps. We'll set up a private collection just for your group with your branding and your members' personalization needs.
